This Agreement defines the terms and conditions and the contractual relationship created for the customer by shopping at Lucyfire-Fashion.com.

The customer's full acceptance of our terms and conditions is a prerequisite for the processing and execution of the order placed by him.
These terms and conditions are governed by French law. They are available in english, french and german.
The application of UN sales law is excluded.
The products offered for sale comply with French legislation. Foreign customers must check that the product they wish to purchase complies with local legislation before making a purchase.
Lucyfire-Fashion accepts no liability in the event of non-compliance with the legal regulations abroad!

The essential characteristics of the goods can be found in the offer text of the respective item. Lucyfire-Fashion accepts no liability for any errors in the photo or text, nor does Lucyfire-Fashion accept any liability for discrepancies between the photo and the original goods.

PRICES
The prices of the offered items are indicated in Euro. The shipping costs are not included in the article price, but will be added before the payment process of the order, also in Euro.
Lucyfire-Fashion reserves the right to change or adjust prices at any time. The prices applicable are always those at the time the order is placed.
The ordered goods remain the property of Lucyfire-Fashion until the total invoice amount has been received!
For orders from non-European countries, additional costs such as taxes, customs duties or other fees may arise, which are not our responsibility. All such costs are to be borne by the customer and he/she must inform himself/herself about them in advance.
DELIVERY CONDITIONS AND AVAILABILITY
The customer is responsible for providing correct personal details and for providing the correct delivery address! In the event of errors in this regard on the part of the customer, Lucyfire-Fashion is in no way responsible for delivery delays or failures. The costs for this will be borne by the customer.
After receipt of the order, the customer will receive an order confirmation.
After receipt of the order, the customer will be informed as soon as possible about the availability of the ordered item.
If an item is not available, the order will be cancelled and refunded immediately.
The goods will be dispatched as soon as possible after availability and receipt of payment.
The customer will be informed immediately by e-mail of any delays in delivery.
In cases of force majeure (war, pandemics, strikes, natural disasters, etc.), Lucyfire-Fashion is in no way responsible for delays, damage or loss of shipments.
PAYMENT MODALITIES
You can pay for the ordered goods with PayPal, card payment, bank transfer or cheque.
After receipt of the payment your order will be processed.
RIGHT OF REVOCATION – WITHDRAWAL
You have the right to cancel the purchase contract within 14 days of receipt of the goods without giving any reason.

In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of the exercise of the right of withdrawal before the expiry of the withdrawal period.
CONSEQUENCES OF THE REVOCATION
You must return the goods to us immediately, in any case within 14 days at the latest, from the day on which you notify us of the revocation of this contract.
The shipping costs of the return shipment shall be borne by the customer, unless the customer has received an incorrect or damaged item.
All payments received from you for returned goods will be refunded immediately upon receipt of the goods, by the method of payment choosed for paying the order.
Please note that we will only accept returned goods in their original packaging, unused, unpolluted, unworn and undamaged.
INFORMATION ON DATA PROTECTION
All personal and address data requested by us are necessary for the processing of the customer's order.
These data will be treated absolutely confidentially and will not be passed on to third parties under any circumstances.
You can ask us to delete your data at any time by sending us an e-mail.
